At Vapifyx, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Below is our detailed shipping policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
Changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed, the order cannot be modified.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Express Shipping
Delivery Time: 7–15 business days
Tracking: Available with priority handling
Cost: Calculated at checkout (higher than standard shipping)
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance and local regulations.
3. Shipping Restrictions
Age Verification: Customers must be of legal vaping age in their country or region to receive shipments.
Restricted Locations: We do not ship to countries or regions where e-cigarettes are prohibited by law. Please check your local laws before ordering.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: Some carriers may not deliver to these addresses. Please provide a valid residential or business address.
4. Tracking & Order Updates
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
You can track your shipment through our website or the carrier’s tracking portal.
If no tracking updates are available within 5 days, please contact our 24/7 customer support team.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country.
Customers are responsible for any such charges. Vapifyx does not control or collect these fees.
In case of delays due to customs clearance, we appreciate your patience and recommend contacting your local customs office.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim and provide a replacement or refund depending on the outcome.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can process your claim.
